Horror Sequel 'The Woman in Black: Angels of Death' is in the Works

It sounds like a worldwide box office take of $112 million is enough for a sequel to The Woman in Black, the early 2012 horror release from Hammer Films and starring Daniel Radcliffe, to head into development. Today Hammer Films and Talisman announced development on The Woman in Black: Angels of Death, a sequel which will continue the story 40 years after the events of the original film. That likely means that Radcliffe won't be adding a second franchise to his repertoire, however, considering the events of the film's conclusion, I suppose a cameo could always be in order depending on the haunting this time.

Apparently across the pond, The Woman in Black, from Eden Lake director James Watkins, has become the highest grossing British horror film in the past 20 years. Jon Croker (Desert Dancer) is working on the screenplay, which is based on an original story by Susan Hill, ...
