Doug Liman's 'Luna' Gets a Greenlight + 'Salt' Sequel Moving Forward

In the movie news world we always hear about developing projects, but they don't always get off the ground as easily or as soon as some might think. Now two projects that have been gestating for a little while now seem to be moving forward. First up, Deadline reports that the sequel to the 2010 summer blockbuster Salt is finally making some progress as the film's writer Kurt Wimmer has been hired to pen the sequel with Angelina Jolie reprising the titular role as long as the script comes together all right. Wimmer is working on the script now, so hopefully we'll have a more substantial update later this year. More below!

Second, the last time we heard about the untitled moon project from Doug Liman, the director was looking at some big name talent like Andrew Garfield, Chris Pine, Olivia Wilde and Rachel McAdams to take roles in the film. ...
