Michael Fassbender to Play an Android in Ridley Scott's 'Prometheus'

We've got a double-dose of exciting news regarding Ridley Scott's Prometheus today, so let's get right into it. Heat Vision reports that rising star and extremely talented actor Michael Fassbender has landed a role in Ridley's return to sci-fi, the former Alien prequel turned original sci-fi. This seems like it will be an epic return to sci-fi for Ridley.

Fassbender has been on the rise since appearing in Hunger, Fish Tank and Inglourious Basterds. He plays Magneto in X-Men: First Class, stars in Cary Fukunaga's Jane Eyre, Steven Soderbergh's Haywire, David Cronenberg's A Dangerous Method ...
