Last month we heard that Relativity Media was making strides with The Brothers Grimm: Snow White, one of many recent iterations of the classic fairytale currently in development. The financier turned pseudo-studio had made an offer to director Tarsem Singh (The Cell, The Fall) to helm the project. Now THR says the union is a done deal with Singh officially signed on to direct the new version of the familiar story with a script from Melisa Wallack. In this version, the story starts off with the evil stepmother killing Snow White's father and destroying the kingdom. Then our she must team-up with the infamous dwarves to reclaim what is rightly hers.
