THR's RiskyBiz reports that the project is a comedy called Doc and Howie, which was shortened from its original longer descriptive title Doc and Howie Whack a Granny when it was on the Black List. TV writer & producer Steve Leff wrote the original screenplay. Interested to see what these guys can do as directors next.
Described as being in the tone of Harold and Kumar, Doc and Howie is about two guys - Doc and Howie - who accidentally kill an elderly woman when they neglect to help her carry her groceries up the stairs. ...
