After spending four years on the score to Peter Jackson's masterful adaptation of The Lord of the Rings trilogy, composer Howard Shore is pretty much in tune (no pun intended) with the director's musical desires and how to bring Middle Earth to life through his compositions. Today brings good news for fans of his award winning talents as The Province reports (via ComingSoon) that Shore has revealed that he will indeed return to compose the score for the long-gestating adaptation of The Hobbit.
